Gave the inside of the car a bit of a clean...

Cleaned, sanded, dusted, hoovered
Covered most of the holes in the floor with pop rivetted aluminium patches.

Have given it a quick coat of primer. Planning on spraying it matt black to see if that helps with visibility out of the rear screen...the plain aluminium fire wall caused a lot of glare.

New wheel spacer arrived and is on as well, but haven't tested it yet.

the OE structure/parcel shelf is still there, with the attessa (or is it hicas) ECU under it. The amp was junked ages ago

Sealant is a fire proof sealant...cant r'ber the name but you can get similar stuff in the likes of B&Q. Basically a fireproof sikaflex.

Tidied up the cage where the door bars were welded and just primed.

give Plastics4Performance a tinkle and sweet talk a discount out of them.

Our door windows are thicker than the rear screen and 1/4's to help keep them shut in the door seals.

Floor is all sprayed now and everything (nearly everything...still waiting for the new battery cage) is back in.

Did a bit of rewiring...cleaned up/relocated/cut out some stuff to make it a bit neater.

Sprayed the seat rails as well, as they were a bit rusty.

A few from before it was sprayed

Not too sure about the blue gear surround....that was Adam's idea

Any idea what this bit is? Found it to the left of the steering column. Thought I would check before pulling it out

small update and some Q's

Have another ECU as a loan and it seems to fire up the pumps fine. So will pop our map on it this week and hopefully get the car out on track at the weekend to blast off some cobwebs (fee and the car :P )

Time to change fluids too....

Here are the fluids I currently use....

Front Diff: Silkoline BOA 80W-90 EP
Rear Diff: Silkoline BOA 90 LS
Transfer Box: ATF DII (dont have II in the garage but plenty of III, will that be fine?)
Gearbox: RedLine Heavy Shockproof
