This would make sense because i never hear it at higher speeds - only ever in the 20 - 40mph range - and always from the rear of the car, BUT, not all the time. Most likely to occur after some enthusiastic driving, mostly doesnt bother me, but doesnt look or sound good as you cruise past a porker sounding like an old jalopy!
