Does anyone know how much and what standard data is stored and can be retrieved by the HPC?

I ask this as I'm looking to tune the car a little, and I don't want to effect the warranty or re-sale value.

I also don't want the 'Rossers' being able to tell I was doing 190mph on Tuesday at 5:30pm......

I know it stores oil temps, what else...???
