1. Doesnt look like it, although there was some speculation of 36 hours a while a go. That 36 hours appears to have been wrong.
2. Being encrypted I assume HPC/Nissan only (for now, hopefully somebody will crack it and allow modification.....
)
3. Nope. Assumed it is kept for the life of the car.
