Simply on the fact i had a remap....they dont even care if this would may be the reason for the damage or not....(as i said earlier,the AP remap was not the reason,if so it would have a burn,melted or damaged piston,not the crank and the bearings...)
The simply hide behind their warranty rules....and they have enough of them...
Im pretty sure if they wouldn´t have found the AP remap,they would have found that i found the VDC off situation on tracks....or that i have been on a racetrack in general,that i have pushed the brakepedal sometimes hard(which is not allowed by the warranty rules btw),or that i farted in the seat......

Its mainly the way Nissan handles the situation,im waiting now for 4 weeks for them to decide whta they will do,ok,i have played with the electronics...but would have the GTR been as fast as they have advertised it,then i maybe would have not done it...mine did do 0-100km/h in 4.0sec,not 3.5sec like they say,whatever you to to the new LC....mine did go 296km/h on the straight...not 310km/h like Nissan tells us,even downhill mine did not go over 305km/h stock.....the brakes are ****ed after 6000km,the stupid oilchanges because the oil gets too hot when doing some performance driving...(my car does no do half a lap on the Nürburgring Nordschleife within the "cheap" 110 degrees gearboxoiltemp.....,so one lap costs around 1000€ for an oilchange in the next 3000km....)
All this + the fact that Nissans own Presscar broke down the same way as mine,makes me think Nissan sold us a Supersportscar that ist far from super and even more far from a sportscar....
I have spoken with my lawyer to start a legal process against my dealer(its him where i have my warranty and then i will have a expert doing a analysis of what caused the problem and if its a fault from Nissan because of a bad/faulty/broken part then they have to give me either a new engine in a very short period of time or a new GTR......they want it that way,they get it that way,i wanted to keep quiet about this,but they are not interested in sorting it out without problems.
