Put a Clifford concept 650 mk2 with blackjax installed for just short of £400. A quick look on the net shows this is a bit cheaper these days.
This gives me usual alarm/immobiliser, a proximity alarm, bleeps indicate the location of any tampering.
The blackjax was an extra £50 and although the insurance gives you nothing for it, I like the peace of mind. You can hand any car jacker the keys and watch them drive off. ...and just like Justin at TR Racing, if you dont put the PIN code in then you get approx 1/2 mile away before the alarm is going off, lights are flashing, brake lights pulse, and the car powers down to a halt before immobilising.
I hope he enjoyed the jog back to the garage - he didnt look that grateful for the exercise :-)

I'd recommend mine
