I think it's similar to the 33............pull out the ashtray, either one or two screws in there to remove. Unscrew the gearknob and put aside, gently pull up the gearstick surrond from the side nearest to the handbrake and put that aside. You should then see another one or two screws exposed, undo those and then carefully pull the facia from around the stereo, unplug all the multiplugs before removing completely. The stereo will be held in a 'cage' held in by four screws, undo them and Bobs ya Aunties brother
Dave.

1 - First pull out the ashtray and undo the screw behind it.
2 - Pull up the gear stick surround and undo the 2 silver screws at the bottom left/right of the storage bin. Best to pull from underneath the hand brake. 3 - Using a thin flat blade screwdriver (put a cloth round the blade so you dont mark the plastic) on the left side, prise out the 2 vents at the top of the console and disconnect the hazard lights. 4 - Undo the 2 silver screw at the top of the heater controls. 5 - Pull out the heater controls, radio & stage bin (all in a cage together). Be carfull not to scratch the centre pannel, will look terrible if care isnt taken! 6 - Remove the radio from the cage (2 screws each side) and fit your radio. Refit going from step 5 Hope this helps
