Its a cruel world....

Having reluctantly let my head rule my heart and pulled out of my R35 order earlier this year I've had a real struggle remaining composed whilst reading all the rave reviews that the car is still getting... the praise seems to continue unabated and really made me wonder if I had done the right thing,....... but I had just about got over the disappointment and have been pretty happy with my "consolation prize" of a R33 GTR and 2001 XKR when fate struck me a cruel, cruel blow...

A neighbour no more than 3 doors away took delivery of a gorgeous DMG R35 this weekend.... so now I get to look at "what could have been" every single day ...
Life is soooo cruel.....

And whats the odds on there being two R35 GTRs (my would prob have been a DMG one too !) in a street with no more than 50 houses !!!

It pays to ignore 50% of what is said on here. Oh and ignore the other 50%.

Most of the doom & gloom merchants on here don't even own a GT-R but they are so quick to condemn it. I almost cancelled myself because of it.

I hope your circumstances change and you can get one.

I must admit I also read too much into it on here and cancelled, although servicing costs also put me off, but tbh I dont keep cars forever so wont effect me, so I have ordered another one

OOhhh mate feel for you big time, i was in the same boat, reading on this forum really got to me, i canceled one night and couldnt sleep then at 11pm changed my mind and was texting my hpc dealer but realised i was texting a land line, then i woke up before the hpc opened and lucky for me they hadn't sent the fax to cancel so kept my place.
I couldn't bear the thought of seeing one on the road knowing i was going to get one, but to have one 3 doors down would just kill me, waking up everyday, driving past it what a bummer.
Mine comes this month!! yehaaa
