bose needs bass...

Hi All, searched the forums a number of times now and cant find anything on ICE for the GTR. now the bose system is good but there is too much mid range bass and no deep bottom end rumbling which i love so much. the ten inch subs are not suited to this.

now im not saying the bose is not worth it, cos its a good standard system but to get a clear sound you have to turn the bass down quite low in the audio set up and that gets a better more clear sound.

in order to add an amplifier for a new sub, the head unit int he dash needs to come out and hopfully there will be RCA outputs and a remote switch on the back of the unit. Has anyone pulled the stero out? and if so does the unit have RCA outputs. thanks in advance...

From what I remember on the 350z Bose system it's not very friendly when it comes to upgrades. Their speakers were something like 6 Ohms and proprietary connectors everywhere.
