I cheated and went to the 1/8 mile dragstrip with 776 miles on my GTR. 3 runs best was 8.03 sec. After 1000 miles clutch and engine check (GTR engine was off a little on balance),went to track again. 7.6 sec, @ 95 MPH. Car is a lot faster -after first service.

its what they after on some services clutch aligned and engine balancing , but i got mark at benfield HPC to adjust my changes so it loses no revs on changing gears...and also once my foot is off the brake the car now leaps forward = so with gas its a even more of a flyer of the mark

so we got it slightly custom set up..

he told me he done a stock UK car and it felt a lot faster than other UK ones after he performed a similar service..

mines running 600 so it certainly shifts even more with bike like gear changing.
