Ambient could not cause it....mine did overheat fairly easy in Hockenheim.....in the rain with maybe 20 degrees

No a very condsiderable effect, I should know I was involved in the cooling sign of tests for all Land Rover / Range Rover 4.4's. They were fine in the UK doing gross vehicle weight towing tests but add + 20 degrees to the ambinet temp and they are were very much overheating and bursting air suspension pipes

Yep... I like that explanation better than my slow driving David

Seriously though it was much cooler (I had a light jacket on) compared to 3 weeks back when I was there and got to 110 deg with one lap. I was working on the basis of going over and replacing the fluids as I am pretty close to my 6 month service anyway.

To keep you informed how nissan is reacting;

VERY FAST (this time)

By this time I am referring to my previous problems with the 4WD;
Back than Nissan kept my car for 7 weeks, looked at all my youtube vids in order to find some personal failure from my side to blame.
With pressure from lawyer and my HPC they replaced complete transmission within waranty.

Now lessons learnt;
I could have my car fixed directly in Germany, even this week;
But this time I want to serve the complete GT-R community;

I assigned on advise of my Lawyer and insurrance company an independant expert who will investigate the car, confirming it's original state, confirming no exessive (ab)use of the car, before Nissan can repair it.

As said before my VIN number is ending on 0239, it was the second car delivered to a private person a week after the press car..

I feel like myself and all other persons with equal cases are testdrivers,
Nissan should think about hiring us, to join the team of Kazutoshi Mizuno
That would be the ideal compensation for me

just a quick question ur chassis number 0239 does this mean it was the 239th r35 GTR made in the world or just europe?
and isnt over 100degrees C excessively hot for the engine and would indeed lead to an engine failure sooner or later??, surely fans and cooling should be sufficient??
i accept the trannys get hot with hard use (lol)

239 in this case is the 239 made EU car....the numbers started with different beginnings.....!

100 Degree water would be too high,but im sure Nas meant engineoil,which is fine on 100 degrees
