I also took this time to finish the campaign mode and must say its fantastic although as many have said its very short!
The PSN dont have a problem its the MW2 servers the 1.02 patch was to fix a trophy problem and did not cause the servers to go down but unfortunately Activision dont know how long they'll be down for  Follow one of their tech guys twitter for updates Randolph d'Amore (ATVI_Randolph) on Twitter

i brought it today,only £22.50 from GAME
 well i did trade in my cousin's sold COD on PS3 to get it on the xbox today,with some white lies said to the nice lady in the store... i found him a copy at sainsburys,but no xbox copy so he gave me his pre-order i'll be rubbish on the game at first as it's the first proper "shooting" game i've played since goldeneye,and that i only played multiplayer on anyway...

not directly related to MW2 (but I reckon it is ) ... but what a genius move by Microsoft today .... !!! That's got to hurt.
Want to play MW2? ... buy a new X-Box. Kerching!!!! What happens ... is it the live account banned? or the console?

360 for the win just about to prestige up online level 70 and then do it all over again 10 times. Doing campaign on veteran as i have done on all of the COD series and got all gamer points, sad i know lol

Thanks for the tip re: Morrisons. My brother-in-law got 2 copies yesterday (he knew I'd be buying it) so got it nice 'n' cheap
 PS3 Network was down last night so started the campaign - superb so far (although I'm seriously cr@p at these sorts of games). My PS3 network Id is "lpgibson79" for those who want to add me so they can destroy me online ! Daz

Thats the problem with free internet, o well fun for us X-Box guys.
Veteran is where it's at, 4 hours in and only completed 4 levels i can imagine regular way to easy. I'd rather play veteren, more realistic and makes it last longer.
