Wow!!!!! thanks alots guy's ......It really means alot to hear form you. Your input is important. I have met so meny good people on the site.....I just love my B.U.S. and building cars and just hanging out with you guy's and just waiting to see what you are going to do to your rides?????

I'm not sure how the filter is going to work out.....I thought it would all drain out after about 15 minutes of siting????? this is a frist for me????

on the carbon air defuser do you trim that with a drimal???

It's three differant kit's HKS / duain/ A & R fittings that I made up......the old ones leaked..... It's still really hard to get parts over here in the USA....I still have lot's of little things to get done.....James

I think filters have a non return rubber flap in them so they don't drain out, so that when you start the engine oil is delevered to the bits straight away instead of a few seconds to fill the filter first. Lots of rags then if you can't turn it the other way up!!!

I guess you can move it I would have to make some new lines up......or make a new tool .....like a inner tube cut it so fits on the base of the filter ...tube connects to the a cup with a hole cut in it. Something like that!!!!! I will have to see .....I have a oil change comming up....cheers

You do have a engine like that.....yours can look just as nice or nicer!!!!! eye wash dose alot......I spent hours with a tooth brush cleaning and then polishing and then some painting......now I'm lucky we have no snow and so I have no salt problems.....this engine looked really bad when I frist got her.....so don't give up and just work on one part at a time...and it will come togeather....James
