350GT - Japanese service screen & ECU Codes

Ok Guys (ladies included) this is my 1st post and Iím not entirely sure if this is the right place but here goes..

I have a Japanese 350GT thatís now displaying some sort of warning screen on start up. The suspicion is that itís a service-due alert that hasnít been reset, but my local main dealer is unsure on how to do this and Iím not sure I can afford their research rates. I need to be sure before things end badly so can anyone advise please?
Here are the ECU reading codes:
Code001: P1212 TCS/CIRC
Code002:U1001 CAN COMM CIRCUIT
Code003:U1000 CAN COMM CIRCUIT
Iíve no idea what these mean so Iím hoping someone out there can advise on the best course of action for getting this sorted etc. please.

Cheers

Hi thanks for the reply Mark.

Unfortunately I'm a long way out from you guys but I've checked your site which looks pretty impressive so I'll give you a call this week, tomorrow (Tuesday) if possible.

Cheers
Syd
