Actually, undisclosed accidents haven't just appeared on this thread. An R34 NUR previously owned by somebody I wont name was sold twice on here with no mention of the crash damage in either advert by both sellers. Likewise, another black R34 was crashed and repaired and then sold on here twice, by 2 sellers, and neither of them mentioned the accident damage. The car is not the one for sale by turboslippers, just in case you saw black R34 and thought I was on about his car.

I would like to think if I was buying a car advertised on this site and another member knew there was undisclosed history with the car they would stand up and say so. Isn't that what in part the whole point of this is? helping each other out? My opinion... Although admitedly, could get tricky without absolute proof...

I agree fully but when I asked No Way Dude the other day what his problem was with this car and the owner, I really didn't expect to see the outcome that was ultimately revealed. Whilst it's good to know if a car has dubious origins, I think it could've been conducted a bit better and without being so antagonistic. He should've just presented the evidence and left it at that. That said, I suppose the right result has surfaced and I very much doubt this car will sell for anywhere near the asking price, if at all.

Cheers.

Well what ever.... The car has been repaired and back to normal. As soon as the shop opens up here I'll post picture of the underbody and the damaged areas that were fixed... NO BULLSHIT. Detailed pictures of everything. Sorry for who ever got offened, if you guys want to ban me then no problem. Car is still for sale but I dont think anyone wants it, I lowered the price and its not US40,000.<--- thats for sure...

Truth is yes, I had the acc. but spent the max amount to get it fixed. Nissan did chk it out and they said there was no problem with the alightment of the frame but knowing how everyone in the world is about things like this happening to cars I know it will never be the same.

Bottom line, this is still a great car. I will ship the car to anyone and I can back everything up, but I just need to sell it ASAP cause Im leaving Japan and going back to the states. Sorry again everyone for my Bullshit and for not responding sooner.

Just my opinion on crash damaged cars in general.

A damaged car can be just as good as new if it has been repaired by a approved/reputable body shop.
If all measurements are spot on after the repair, and the owner/seller have all documents to prove this then there is no problems.
These cars have several years on their back now, and i bet many cars have been thru a hedge or two in their life.
If this car have been rebuilt properly, then it will be just as safe or unsafe as any other car going for full speed runs.

Exactly, but when you lie about it you loose all trust to the seller, how will I know if he hides something else now.

Japfreak- Thanks... Your right.

RB26- I feel the same way. 90% of all cars here already have alot of stress on the frames and body. I see it all the time. You think that people here in Japan that export cars (not saying any names) to your countrys are 100%??? Haaaaaa thats a joke! I see it all the time, they buy the cars for dirt cheap from the auctions in Yokohama fix them up for cheap then sell them for 350% over the price they pay for it. THATS NOT A LIE! I went to the auction last month with a friend and saw a R35 GTR selling for 3,200,000yen or 33,000US I almost bought it! Some guy from Russia bought it to resale. Stock R34 GTRs here go for 20,000 to 25,000 now. Im just saying...

Bolle- True... I know you guys can't trust me anymore. I lied about the car being in a acc because I was scared that I would have to leave the car here after I lefted. I shouldnt of asked what I asked for it and I shouldnt of said the things I said to everyone. Exporters do it all the time, they just get away with it...

All I can do is post all the pictures of everything that happen to the car and show to everyone that the car doesnt have any problems with the frame or body or whats been repaired. Which when it stops raining here I will... I took pictures of the door frame yesterday and Ill post them up tonight. under the car has to wait till I can get some lift time at the shop. Everything will me posted on here. <- Im doing this because I f*cked up and I just want to let everyone know, that Im not a scumbag like alot of ppl on this forum are. (No, Im not talking about you NO WAY DUDE! Mad props to you for finding out the truth.) Car still feels and rides like it did before the hit. Ill keep everyone posted on the pictures and hopefully I can gain my respect back on this forum...

Just to be clear as said 'some lass' posts were removed after multiple reports from more than once source - and a post put up requiring evidence rather than someone trying to talk down a car to get it cheaper.

Bullet and others that sell cars on the internet, know that a lot of people are about who may have seen your car get a bump, it's best to be honest about it from the start, you've more chance of selling it. Now I want to see no more posts other than from the seller on this point, we don't need everyone's opinions on the subject, let the guy put up his for sale with all information and leave it at that.

Well, I need 35,000 US which I think its cheap as hell for this car but it has been in a acc. If someone makes me a offer then we can talk... I got about 4 months left here in Japan. Would like to sell it fast. I should be able to take picture of the underside tomorrow, just been super busy with work. O and I got two more small problems... The front right coilovers seal I think is broke, Ill try to get some new shocks on there and the clucth is starting to slip. Cant rebuild it because its from Blitz and they stopped making twin plate clucths for GTRs. So stuipd. Best bet is to get a Twin placte Nismo coppermix from the auction. With the price being at US35,000 I will replace everything for free before I ship the car out and making sure everything is in good working condition. That the least I can do for my actions on the forum. Also all the belts are about to get replaced next week, with an oil change which I do every 850 to 1000.
