what previous car do you miss?
was thinking this on the way to work this morning
its a cold morning, frosty, and icy chugging along in the TYPE R, as it was scrabbling all over the place ![]() thought, i really miss the EVO, frosty mornings were a pleasure and not a chore dam i miss that car more than my previous GT-Rs. God knows where it is now... so what car do you miss the most? ![]()

Far from a GTR, but I miss my old 106 Rallye most!
If im on a nice twisty road, i get nostalgic. The car handled amazingly, was immaculate and rare! http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._2332927_n.jpg The Blue one. Had a black one before that which is even rarer

Believe it or not, my old Land Rover Discovery 2 Commercial TD5. It did everything I needed but was just too thirsty in the end. I was doing a lot of site visits and I filled it up every other day. When people say you need deep pockets to run a Skyline or a GTR, they should try running a Land Rover! One injector failed on it and cost £550 to replace and program back in. Filling it up cost over £100 from empty, sometimes £120.
I sold it to a mate so I see it most days which makes it worse. Despite all the minus points I'd probably have it back tomorrow given the chance.

No pics unfortunately - i miss my old MK2 Escort - 1760 x-flow, twin 40's, quick shift - lsd - fishnet recaros out of a capri S, you know the old tartan ones, lowered with arches ever so slightly flared. It use to eat 2.8i capris upto 80 mph cos of the gearing. Would max out at 100 mph though
.

Not had that many cars prior to the GTR, first was a Mini City E which was awesome in the snow, had that for 4 or 5 months after passing my test, before I moved onto a Mitsubishi FTO GPX, one of only 500 made to celebrate the 1994/5 Car of the Year in Japan.
![]() I miss that for being pretty rare, and the noise of the 5Zigen Pro Racer exhaust, handling was also awesome even if it did eat front tyres with the setup I ran. Nearly 7 years and 100,000 miles of abuse, only traded it in for my Mazda 6 last year for the scrappage scheme offer! I'd love another one, manual, in white and build it to look like the Taevon Trampio FTO, and do an Evo engine conversion, or better still, drop the FTO shell on an Evo 3 / 4 chassis and have a 400bhp+ 4wd widebody monster! That, or an NSX-R.... ![]()

It was an ex tarmac car which was the most fun i have ever had with a car. I'll try and fish pictures out.

Funnily enough it was not a very practical car, but it aroused strange feelings of love...

I always miss my Scooby when the roads are shite
![]() I loved this car, it had every extra from prodrive including full leather, quick shift, prodrive 17" alloys and a bhp increase plus a few things i added It was superb in the snow unlike the heap of french crap i'm driving for now, although i should get my gtr back from being repaired tomorrow but with the way that handles in the snow/ice it might not be that long before it's back with them ![]()
