Synionic Oil

Anyone used it and know anything about it?

Maybe Oilman (Opie Oils) could comment.

Zen Performance & Scooby Clinic use it.

Tempted to try it.

Synionic - Surface Modifying Lubrication Technology

Cheers,

Only just saw this post while looking for something else. Avoid synionic, it's a gimmick. It's the new name for ProLong oils and not something we'd touch with a bargepole, we were offered the deal to be the sole UK supplier and happily turned it down.

Cheers

Tim

Hi all,

I am afraid my colleague Tim has made a mistake, and based some of his post on potentially incorrect and out of date information.

Therefore I must retract the statement he has made above.

We will be having the Synionic oils tested in the next few months so that we are better informed in the future.

Regards

Guy Barnard
General Manager.

OK, can you post your opinion after testing here and whether it is better for a 500bhp GTR than Fuchs Titan.

Cheers,

I'm fairly sure Scoobyclinic have this oil branded as their own.

I have heard the same thing. Many oil companies will brand what ever oil you want as your own.

Cheers

I know its not long but have you any feed back on the Synionic oil yet. As I posted earlier Scoobyclinic use this oil albeit branded as their own in their customers cars. They also claim to use it in their time attack cars as do Roger Clarke motor sport and few others.

Recommending it over what? Motul, Fuchs, Millers, Castrol?

Is it suitable for tuned and track applications?

Cheers

I can't recommend their oils, they aren't something that we sell and they don't like me to give my honest opinion on their products
