Le Mans 2011

Right who is going then? I'll be there, staying in Le Mans centre and driving down early on Friday.

Good to see Nissan engines powering some of the entrants.

I will be there in the White car park overnight.

Couldnt see a formal list of attendees here but happy to help out/ meet up etc.

Shame the change to GT1 means no GTR's.

We'll be in Houx this year. Was going to be Tetre Rouge but couldn't find any tickets.

If anyone is interested the ACO has tickets for BJ and the other new campsites still available.

This car, the winner in 1991 will be there doing demonstration runs for the 20th anniversary of their victory.

Rotaries were banned after that(?). It has been on display at Mazda HQ in Hiroshima ever since, I believe.

I'll be there, staying on Beausejour.

Not taking the GTR down though - the petrol bill would be more than the campsite/ferry costs.

^^ Scrap that last comment. We now have a spare campsite ticket, so looks like the GTR will be coming down after all.

Anybody going to the St Saturnin British Welcome?

Nearly upon us

Love it, the whole thing.
Not a great camper though but found a great little B&B last year in Ecommoy.
Cheap but comfy and its got its own moat!!!
The whole trip is a blast from the tunnel meet ups and the constant stream of fabulous cars all the way down, the town on the friday night , the race, the gig ( Razorlight this year )
Based on the level of interest the GTR gets in general I reckon I'm going to be hoarse talking about it this time.
