Got 250 miles to go over the weekend then off for optimisation - seems I got it just about right the difficult bit it 4000 rpm in 5/6th in London - that makes something like 120mph?! Lucikily some good roads in the countryside!

Mouton45....spent 4 frigging hours at nissan today attending the optimisation.....clutch resetting quite interesting-not seen that one done before.....drove it home with a few more beans (still waiting for Stevie 76's beans) and I have to say that having been on the road for 27 years without a ticket-save the one in 2010 in BC, Canada doing 157kph in a 90kph, i have never had a ticket, point or blah, blah....somehow I do not know how you or I,nay any GTR owner is without a driving licence....these babies are not for the road-there simply isn't a stretch long enough or fast enough-a conundrum! No wonder these boys are track addicts!!!

I found my 2010 felt differet after optimisation - so can't wait but as for the license bit you just ahve to know where and when....i did 17000 miles in 10 months with the last and the only place really pushed it was on the autostrada in italy "against" a lambo and a 430 - they lost and peeled of towards Milan - other than that circuits and very early morning

250 miles over the weekend....

Cool with a little humidity in the air will make for good engine response so I see the long way to golf coming home on saturday & sunday- that should finish my miles for monday morning then can really see what the LOUD pedal does.........

Stevie....fantastic.................was wondering if I could provoke a bean response from you!!! Have to say I have noticed a difference following optimisation...higher tone to the engine and smoother transition through the gearbox.....................watch the news in the South.......maybe some hair ripping gun metal ufo ripping around the roads.....what a beast this car is and I have to say I have not even pushed the pedal to 50% yet....and only because your beans didn't arrive until tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cheers
Mark
