Frostschutz (freezing) sticker on the inside of the bonnet

Hi,
I noticed a red "Frostschutz" sticker, it says "Frostschutz bis - and then hand written -15 C"
I haven't noticed that sticker before so I wonder if you have it or the guys at the HPC sticked it? It is located on the inner part of the bonnet, where those other stickers are (air conditioning, sthen something about clear coat...)
I wonder what this - 15 C freezing is related to, screen washing fluid, coolant sytem fluid...?? And do you also have that sticker on your cars? It is red, big and ugly

I think it means frost proof to -15c - so presumably, whatever part it is referring to can cope with temps down to -15, but might then run into trouble? Ist das richtig?

Well, as I can speak German (not brilliantly but I can ), I know that it means that it can cope with temps down to -15, but what is it refering to?? That bonnet will remain nice and in shape till -15?
The sticker is on the inner part of the bonnet, when you open the bonnet, it is above your head, where the bonnet clips are, and there are 2 other stickers, one saying something about clear coat and another about air condition...
I wonder if they sticked this sticker in HPC (in Vienna they topped up my washer fluid, in Germany not cause it was unnecessary) or this sticker comes from Nissan?
If it is from HPC Vienna, I am removing it immediately cause I don't want to have anything on my car that reminds me on them!!
Do you have such a sticker there?

Coolant protect against freeze up to -15C (frostschutz)
You can remove it if you want.

No, but HPC test your car coolant against winter conditions.

Mine is filled with destilled water (no winter use) as I have a garage and is above zero degrees.

Doesn't coolant also include anti-corrosion additives, which water will obviously not?

Destilled water does not corrode as far as I know as it is pure 100% water without any minerals.

Car coolant is (only) for the winter users as it will freeze outside.
