Update time!
Joey and I have been in contact, he has had the intercooler repaired, except for one bit that won't effect anything.
I have now received it (beautifully packaged this time) and it's in my garage.

I was gutted at having to pay £140 import VAT as Switzerland is not an EU country!

You have been warned! Tax seems to be pot luck, but that's twice this year I've had to pay duty.

Joey has also promised me a partial refund by the end of the month, so once that is sorted, we will both be able to put this sorry tale behind us and move on.
