No, it means it was making 514whp... don't know how much power it was making at the engine as it hasn't been on an engine dyno.

looks great chris! Because the actuator is so close to the runners, you may want to consider using a small heatsheild around the WG actuator, we have these in stock if you need, or you can just try the gold foil also. Are you using the high boost actuator? what is your target boost pressure?

I am trying to get my RB26 up and running this month also. I love the twinscroll 8374 on my 2.0L evo, cant wait to try it on the 2.6L

Cheers Geoff,
Yeah I will run some heat shielding around the W/G Actuator when it gets fitted properly, And I will have the manifold HPC Ceramic Coated, But I will get one of the heatsheilds when you send me the ETS-Pro!

I'm not sure on boost pressure yet, I have fitted the high boost actuator....But boost pressure level I will leave to the tuner to decide, What pressure are you running on the EVO?

The car is currently sitting on axle stands at the moment....I sold the brakes and wheels off it, I have better get some organized quick!

OK very good chris. My evo runs the same turbo and the same high pressure actuator as you. This actuator works well up to 26-30psi, but for over 30psi you either need a stiffer spring or I can help with some other ideas to get boost higher, lots of options here

Get this thing going!! My R14 should be running by this weekend

I'm getting the front pipe made this week, The intake pipe was made....But I wasn't happy with the angle on it, So I'm getting it re-made.

As for the exhaust.....There is nobody in the S.I that can Mandrel Bend 3.5" pipe.....And nobody in NZ that can Mandrel Bend 3.5" stainless!

So it looks like I have to get the pipe scanned in ChCh, and made in Auckland out of mild steel!

Then give it to one of the CF guys in the v8 teams and get the plumbing made up in CF

Why don't you use mandrel bent sections?
I gather that you don't want to see any joins but some nice tig welding always looks good and if you are using stainless it should polish out anyway but i would think it would look better than mild steel...just a thought
