Just booked my ferry!
(even this far away im soooo excited!!!!)

Rock on!!!!

Im gonna make sure I've bloody stopped fiddling with my car well before the departure date this year!!!

It's been way too long since I last went, (3 years).

So who's planning on making the pilgrimage in 2012?

Well I was planning to, and even have a car savings fund set up so I could take something bigger and quicker than my Rallye... but then my stupid friend decided to book his stupid wedding on the Le Mans weekend!!! As I like my friend more than Le Mans I'll have to miss it this year

I had a meeting this morning with Nissan about events for 2012. Amongst them was Le Mans and what we plan to do in partnership with them. No details yet but the ideas all sounded good

i'd be tempted to go again, roen tunnel and the stagea would sound good!

Definately be there, will be my 12th trip in a row.

Whether I'll be in the GTR or not, I dont know yet. Took it this year and everybody loved it everywhere we went, was a great experience.

We usually book up something around Feb/March time, you're very early Bob!

I had to Dan, I couldn't change my 2011 year's cancelled booking to 2012 straight away as the sailing dates we're out. So I had to change it til Oct this year and then on to June 2012 today now the dates are ready.
I almost forgot too and would have had to have shelled out the whole cost of the ferry again! Can't bloody wait!!!! (wonder if they'll ever bring back the stripper van?)

I doubt it, the days of the Le Mans funfair consisting of strippers and shotguns are long gone, every year it gets more sensible, even Mad Friday this year seemed much quieter.

If you havent been before - St. Saturnin is fast becoming one of the hot places to go on Friday, check it out.

I remember one of my mates shooting the star prize china dolphin on one of those pikey fair stalls. The rather attractive lady who was running it gave him a right swipe around his chops, lucky we didnt get bundled off into the back of a chintzy caravan!

Always made me laugh that you could stumble up drunk as you like, pay a couple of euros, get handed a shotgun and if you lost, the consolation prize was beer! Only at Le Mans.

I will be going after first trip last year. As John said Nissan chatting to us about some stuff so fingers crossed for a big event - GTROC convoy fully stickered up anyone?. Hospitality for Signatech last year was brilliant fun and great view - deffo camping this year and seeing the other side of the experience.

Gary you can carry my tent I will bring the Rum cocktails.
