Safety and emissions. However over 25 years old, they no longer care about safety?

The laws are odd and a bit arbitrary. I am posing the questions, asking the individuals to investigate.

15 years is ok. I think at 15 years, the cars are old enough that its not affecting new car sales. Some people, a lot of people try and use that argument.

It has made it up to nearly 11,000. The last few days have been slow, its a pretty big holiday week here in the US.

The article has plenty of mainstream coverage. Lots of blogs, lots of forums.
