That tracking info you sent me which said waiting customs 06.05.12 that

I can appreciate it's frustrating, but it's down to the PO to deliver and it appears they're awaiting info from yourself according to their system. We don't have any control over that. As the addressee it would be you who needs to make sure they have info needed for delivery, I'm afraid. Please do contact them ASAP as they'll probably return the package if not delivered soonish.

I paid for this at the start of dec '11. In just over a week that will be
6 months !
Thanks for the up-date anyway. When I tried C100 . . . No before I went
away it was not being recognized on p/force.

I appreciate it's been frustrating from your side, sometimes it's worth considering the other perspective:

Tomei's delays were frustrating for not just customers but Newera too. It's hardly as if we would ever want to delay anybody's goods. We did everything we could to push for faster delivery from Tomei and kept customers informed of reasons for delays as given by Tomei, including their apologies. Yes, it took more time than expected In all, about 60 people waited and received their goods no problem at all, a couple of people cancelled and promptly got full refunds without quibbles. Those who did receive goods also got a free gift that would be useful for their cars, not that the delays were our fault, but we felt sorry for customers and appreciated their patience.

One, just yourself - had his goods subsequently get stuck in UK customs.

Unfortunately on rare occasions this happens and it's not for any lack of effort on our part.

As the UK PO says it's waiting for information from the addressee this means you need to contact them. It may mean you need to go through the hassle of waiting on the phone and providing the information they might need, but clearly where there's a problem the most efficient way forward is to go for the solution. Hopefully the further info given today will help. The information you need is there as far as I can see. All the best, Miguel

They sound a bit like a highly tuned sportsbike with a well sorted RB engine.
