Hello !

This is the firstrun and then we get that you know really bad oilpressure and i monted doubble 3quarts accsump tanks but when i started the engine i saw that i had lower pressure then before so i dropt chassie down and toked of the sump,unfortenly we find out that cyl 6 and 1 got really bad bearings on the rods
.so now we hace to rebult the shortblock but its good too know Why this happend.

Ah thats a shame but not surprising really, its REAL hard to maintain good oil pressure with a wet sump 4wd RB in a quick car like yours.

If the accusumps are plumbed up correctly they "should" see you through a 8 second run.

How much oil pressure do you have on the 2 step, just before you dump the clutch? 80-90psi at least I would hope?

90psi...i really hope this will work when whe built a new one bit i know i should have get drysump but right now its to much work for me

2 x 3 qt starting at 90psi should be enough, put 15psi pre-load air pressure in them, keep the hoses as short as possible and make sure you have no oil cooler or any extra hoses that you don't need and you might be OK.

hello guys!

like u know ive got a really oilpressure problem with thhe car on the street so now im building a new engine with a billet chromemolly crank,its gonna be a rb32! also i ordered a 4 stage drymsump kit,hopefully the engine is mounted in about 4 weeks,and i hope there is a race here in sweden after that so i really could test this car!

Had the car dynoed now before i will demount the engine for regular inspektion and we made what the turbo could handle...it was 1322bhp and 1374 nm nd the nm could have been much more but i took away some boost at the nm peak just to save the clutch....more info and pics will come.cheers sanuel sweden!
