This is quite a big subject...
You need to avoid fumes getting in the car as that gets to be nasty, so forget catch cans with little filters. The PCV closes with manifold pressure so wont' "suck" all the time anyway so you could probably blank that.
Then you need to decide if you want to return the mix to the sump or empty the tank periodically.
I think best plumbing solution is to remove the original fittings in the cam covers fit two AN fittings and then take two pipes to a large catch can. You could then plumb the breather outlet to atmosphere toward the rear of the car, or to the original air intake inlet or even plumb it into the exhaust.
Or why not just try and copy the nismo system from photos.
