I might try the harder run in on my 200, which I've just replaced the big ends and mains on. If it goes horribly wrong, I'll let you know that all my hard work has come to nothing.
He was mainly on about piston rings, which I haven't done on mine, but the B/E's and mains on his engines would be new anyway, so if he's not telling porkies, it should be okay. (he says...)
