Which single product is best for shining your car?

Hi all

Id be interested to know which single cleaning product you think is the ultimate which you use and would endorse.

Ive been using Meguairs clear coat liquid wax which i also believe has a slight polishing effect as well as the wax, but it makes the car very shiny and im always impressed.

I know you can use numerous shampoos, clays, polish, wax, bla bla but just want to hear about a 1-stop silver bullet solution people have found best

Cheers

I have not used it on the GT-R, but I used to use DoDo Juice Tropical Mist, which gave a really good shine. This was on a car that had been treated with DoDo Juice Supernatural Wax.

Iv been using Auto Glym Super Resin Polish for years and recently they have upgraded the formula and its even better. Hardly any dust etc. Very easy to use and good on the swirls.

If your cars Black or any other colour but especially dark colours, then turtle wax colour Magic, you need to do it once in detail panel by panel and use a few micro fibre cloths, it will take around 4-5 hours if done properly then it will look awsome when done, then to keep it look dappa now and again give it a very light quick polish with the same polish which should take around 20mins my car looks like new and it's an 09 with 16k miles try it it works

If car is not too dirty I've found Showroom Shine by Greased Lightning a good quick product, especially during the hosepipe ban in my area. I have to admit I wouldn't trust it if car was really mucky, but light garage dust no problem with microfibre cloth application and removal. Fine on windows too! 30 mins job done (like it says on the can!) One bottle would do about 6 GTRs no skimping.

I have used IONCOAT NAVIWAX on my last few cars and found it gives a great shine, lasts really well and is very easy to apply too.

I have tried loads of products over the years but for ultimate results nothing can touch zymol , lot of effort to apply first time but the pure carnuba wax is so different to halfords shelf products . You feed the paint with a cleanser first then wax and paint is much richer in colour . I do not own gtr yet but used on my 911's for last 10 years . They have notoriously thin paint , not dissimilar to what I have heard about gtr.
