the lights are notorious for letting water in, generally it is a remove, reseal and refit to resolve the issue.
that said dirt built up around the drain point can make water back up and get in that way, so try giving it a good clean fist to see if that cures it.
oh and just because Glenn is on a holiday - a search should bring up plenty of examples on this and fixes that have been applied
