So you have 20k disposable income to waste on mods, after you buy a car for 39k yet have to sell it to buy a house, that makes sense.

House is 2.5 plus the new 7% stamp duty really doesn't help - greedy f******rs..

Someone's got a nice car there (assuming all mods included) ! I must say that's massive amount to loose in such brief time but each to their own I guess Hope you enjoy your new house OP!
