What do you guys think off this...? Grind theml all down completely or install a complete new bronze set? Engine has about 100000km I think and just noticed this

Had this happen on mine and in the end had a piece fall into one of the cylinders. Made a horrendous noise but was very lucky not to cause any bottom end damage. I'd change them all just in case.
