Did you do any strengthening work to the body (i.e has it been seam welded in engine bay and chasiss etc) as the RB is a hefty lump.
I hear that z cars that come from dry states (i.e California) in the good old US are rust free. Is this true.
What suspension and diff will you be using? Will the standard diff cope with the RB?
