Angry My stupid effing fridge freezer!

We bought a new fridge freezer a couple of months ago and suddenly today it appears to have put itself into a "sabbatical mode"

Can we get it out of this mode, no of course we can't Siemens product advice line may as well be renamed "engineer booking service" they have no idea!

We've turned it off for 10 mins and still the same, for crying out loud, it's a £2000 fridge that's lasted 3 months

Rant over!

Hi mooki

Yes I read about the Jewish thing on the tinternet quite bizarre!

We have fixed it, we had to turn the fridge off at the plug for 20 minutes, then when we turned it on the options and + buttons worked again

Thank you for your help though, much appreciated
