Cosworth dlc pistons
We're still probably the only company offering custom COSWORTH pistons for the VR38 of the NISSAN GT-R35.
These are in stock at 1595£ We run these pistons in our MY2011 1035whp stock bore/stroke NISSAN GT-R35. We obviously also stock the regular ones that are a lot cheaper due to the cost of DLC coating but we also stock COSWORTH rods, head gaskets, thermal gaskets... PM for pricing. ![]() ![]() DLC vs regular XYLAN coated COSWORTH piston: ![]() ![]()

Revision 2 will add some mass to reduce noise but the DLC ones don't have this same problem.
Ask ADME in Silverstone about it, they had one of our engine on these. DODSON also have 2 engines runing them from our special batch that we got them.

Cosworth stoped by in Silverstone at ADME to listen to them and we didn't experienced the regular noise, they're still a bit noizy at idle like most forged/light pistons but not passed a few hundred rpms :-)
