michelin pilot super sport from litchfields.

They are meant to be a fantastic all round option especially for wet grip. Not run flats side steering is slightly vaguer than the dunlops and rumoured to have slightly inferior outright grip though some have reported faster laptimes over all when used on the street.

I am currently running non-runflats and they are good for general use.
Slightly less outright grip, but more comfort and better wet weather performance over the OEM tyres.

I have to say runflats do give a stiff ride, but the cornering does feel better.
If I wanted to drive fast (such as do track days) I'd be wanting to put OEM Dunlops back on, due to the better feel.

But I'll probably just get a 2nd set of tryes and wheels for track use. Run flats or Toyo 888s.

I have had great luck with Falken, Lassa and Dunlop thus far. I will be going back to Lassa tyres again on my next set. They are cheaper then most and are a great tire.

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how far you take the wall with you.

Just seen an advert in the latest EVO magazine for Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tyres. They look pretty racy, anyone know if they do GTR sizes?

I went for these yesterday with 305 on the rear and 275 on the front. What a difference, so much better in ride comfort. Not had a chance to really test the grip yet, but just for the ride change is A+
