I haven't any experience of the Tanabe springs, but remember it's not all about the ride height change.
The Eibach pro-kit springs are much more progressive than the factory giving a much plusher ride but firmer when pushed through the corners.
The KW sleeve kit not only gives the ride height adjustment (allowing corner weighting of the vehicle) but allows the use of the KW racing springs and also critically, the use of the helper springs, the combination of which can (and have been) tailored to give the desired ride and handling characteristics.

The arb accounts for about 15% of the overall suspension and in an ideal world run no arb at all. To reduce the roll, you should increase your spring rates/bump first to retain the independent suspension as much as possible, to a point where the increased stiffness is influencing grip/traction, THEN add in roll bars if you still have body control issues.
For track use I believe roll bars would be a good upgrade. I would certainly do the springs or sleeve kit first and see how that suits your driving.
