I believe it is the 76mm, so the 3"

Also a choice of normal, race, race + etc not 100% sure...

Heard a race plus when I was there the other day and that made me start considering millek

You have the choice of the 76mm or the 90mm.

The latter gives a slightly better result (power, but it is minimal) but also future proofs the car if you go further later with stage 5 being around 750bhp.

However, the 90mm system also has slightly less ground clearance due to a join or something.., which was a concern for me as I like to drive with a wheel each side of those narrow speed bumps.

You also have a choice of three different tail pipe styles or finishes.

The milltek race plus is loud and imo sounds better than the GTC titan! Really sounds like a supercar..

By the way it is 76mm and is more than sufficient for a stage 4..If you are looking at a stage 5+ in the future, then the 90mm will be better for you but it is quieter

What are the choices for the 76mm?

Does the 90mm only offer one choice?

Mine has just had the 90mm Race+ and downpipes fitted (as part of the stage 4), it is currently at Lithfields waiting for tyres to arrive - might have been mine you heard?. Haven't heard it yet myself - cant wait! Looking for a monster sound and needed something suitable for stage 5 which will be coming soon.....

No, as far as I am aware the 90mm comes as stated earlier: normal [normal], race [loud] and race plus [loudest]. The y-pipe can be resonated or non-resonated. Tail pipes choices are the same as ever: polished or titanium burnished-esque, or standard OEM tips. They had plans for black tips (which I was going to have) but apparently they dropped this as it wasn't colour fast. Can't say I know about the others but race plus is totally de-catted.

I went for the standard tips and then had them powder coated by Valet Magic while they were wrapping the car.

I believe all stage 5 upgrades are totally de-catted. Although Iain is working on sports cat equipped downpipes right now.
One of the things I wasn't sure of about the stage 5, was it's technically a non-road system as the car won't meet an emission test.

This is true, although Iain assured me if I take it to Litchfield's for its MOT it will pass - I don't know at what cost however! This is easier for me than some as Litchfield's is not too far away for me, and of course it's MOT will coincide with a service anyway.

A section of the exhaust is usally swapped for the test, which is fairly common with tuned cars not running cats.

I assume when you buy any of these new exhausts you dont need a Y-Pipe or do you still
