I chose and imported this car through Skylines R us over 8 years ago. It was a grade 4 car with full history and had covered just 32,000 miles from new and it has now done 85,000. With the help of Rising Sun Performance this car has been heavily modified over the last 6 years. The last rebuild was done by Andy at S P Autos and was mapped by Mark at Abbey Motorsport.
I have done all the work in my own garage, with the exception of the engine and tuning work. The engine has only covered around 2,000 miles since the engine was completely rebuilt after the N1 oil pump broke again in Spa 2010. The RB30 transformed the performance of the car both on road and track. There is such a smooth power delivery now, with loads of low down grunt. Driven around normally it will still return over 20mpg, but that will drop to around 7mpg on track. It will chug along @ 30mph in 4th gear in traffic and will do over 180mph on certain German roads. On track it has awesome stopping power and it will leave just about everything in a straight line and it is pretty awesome in the corners too. There are many videos on YouTube and here are a couple: SPA Francorchamps March 2011- YouTube SPA Francorchamps March 2011 - YouTube Here is the spec. but I have probably forgotten a few bits. It has made this already @ 1.7 bar, but as the injectors were running @ 100% and the fuel pressure dropping, it has been left at a safe 1.45 bar by Abbey Motorsport. This car now owes me far in excess of £60,000 with having just spent another £12,000 on it with the rebuild/mapping and £3,000 last year with new brakes and seats, it is more than likely the most powerful and best stopping R34GTT in the country. R34GTT number plate has been sold and the car now bears the number S394KDY Boat forces sale £19,000 No offers, part exchanges, joyrides or tyre kickers. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Although it has done a few trackdays, it is in virtually immaculate condition, with the front bumper having just been resprayed. I will try and get some more pictures WHEN it stops raining.......
