Excellent cars, a mate has one built by Mark Shead at MAD. The thing is lethal. As Amar said, RWD with no electronic crap powered by a 550bhp stroked motor is huge grin factor. Totally unusable in the wet though, can barely keep in a straight line in the dry anyway

U can paint a cow brown and call it a horse but to me it will always be a brown cow.

Because I'm not a fan boi I can stand back and see things for what they are. I don't practice felatio and nor do I ram my nose up some tuners arris just because they sing their own praises.

There have been requests to post items in the correct forums yet for some the forum seems to be here solely for their own PR purpose.

I come on here for a laugh, for info and to share my experiences, I'm not a misery, quite the contrary in fact there are some on here who irritate me and i prob don't hide that, but genuine newbies I welcome and if people have a problem with their car that I can help with then I do, so perhaps it's u who only sees the negative things I post lol, look for the good, friend

So are you suggesting that because I comment positively about a fairly unique car I am a ''fan boi'' whatever you consider that to be? And I am up Amar@SVM' s arris because I said something positive. Trying to belittle me publicly is about as negative as you can get and it sums up your whole approach which is exactly why I wrote my comment.

The whole point of my post was to highlight your negativity. There is an old saying - If you have nothing good to say don't say anything. Now that does not mean you should not give an honest opinion but it is a good guide to what other people want to hear.

Do you tell people they have married an ugly woman? Or as you leave their home that their party was crap? No of course not (I hope).

You may feel that it is neccessary to be negative towards certain people or firms but quite honestly that is not what a forum needs to make it a fun place to visit.

To quote:

''I come on here for a laugh''

Then have a laugh and make others laugh, say something positive and funny that will lift the community's spirits and make other visitors enjoy their experience and not give them the impression that this is a dog eat dog forum.

''I'm not a misery, quite the contrary in fact''

Then stop making out you are and appreciate the good things instead of finding the negative. I am sure some of your post are positive but they seem to be outweighed by your need to dig at people or is it just SVM?

'' look for the good, friend ''

I could not have put it better myself.

You are obviously quite knowledgable and as you say you like to help newbies but ask yourself are you a good example to newbies? Do you think your open dislike of certain people is helpful? Attractive?

Over the years this forum has had numerous tuners who have shouted about what they are going to do, what they have done or how good one of their cars are. Can't you see that those people have driven the development of the Skyine/GTR forward and albeit sometimes their followers can become obvious, without those tuners the mark would not be as successful.

We all have bad days but in general my post are positive, sometimes I do brag about my achievements as I know people like to hear about success. How about you trying a different style for a while? Post about the good things you have done and achieved and don't post a single negative comment for one month and see how you feel. It might just do you a lot of good as well as the forum.

I'm no Cosworth fan, But a D reg Sierra in that condition is unbelievable, Having repaired/scrapped a few of these it's refreshing to see one so immaculate.

Yea, that's why I like the GTSt Though the Sierra does like to swap ends on a whim

now that is an epic car.... bloody awesome.

i remember "dreaming" about driving this car. for me it was just amazing and jaw dropping if you ever saw one on the road.

muchos respect to whoever owns it and the condition they have kept it in.

this certainly provides the May "fizz" !
