2009 Litchfield Stage 4

Hi all - thinking of selling my GTR. I've had it since new on 19th May 2009. Bought from Middlehurst and serviced by them at:-

1150 miles on 17th June 2009,
5255 miles on 10th November 2009,
10018 miles on 21st May 2010,
13399 miles on 23rd November 2010
15236 miles on 23rd June 2011

Then serviced at Litchfield at:-
19006 miles on 13th December 2011
20227 miles on 8th May 2012 (MOT 4th May)

Now has about 21500 on the clock. It's a Black Edition, but when new I swapped the wheels with another Middlehurst Customer (he's still on this forum - hi maxxwaxx!) as I preferred the matching grey wheels of the Premium edition.

Has Litchfield Stage 4 with full Milltek exhaust PLUS downpipes. AP grooved disks on front. Also has unique Robson leather Steering wheel that I bought personally in Japan (they had made it for some Tokyo Motor Show show car). Also carbon fibre gear surround and centre panel as shown in photos below.

Why am I selling? Well really because I'm not using it that much, as you can see from mileage above. Main reason is that I have my brother's Lamborghini LP670SV on long term loan and I'm tending to use that - (see my other posts earlier this year)!! Also, I want to buy a new racing car...

Car is in perfect order. Has been to 2 track days at Silverstone and a few times round Pembrey, as well as Bruntingthorpe Asda day x 3. I've never really ragged it on track days as it costs too much on disks and tyres, and anyway I have a race car for doing that!

Number plate included...

£39,500
Please dont bother wasting your time and mine with daft offers as I'm not at all desperate to sell it.

Can't remember make, but they are the same ones that David Yu has which he posted a thread about a few years ago - if you search the forum you'll get a good deal of info.

Hey Rhodri,

Don't suppose you would sell/swap out the steering wheel would you for my stock one or is that too much hassle? Went to Robson in January but couldn't justify the expense! PM me.

You're right Paul it was sad to see it go, but I fancy a new racing car (probably 911 or Skyline) for next year and up til then I have the Lambo, so I really wasn't using the GTR much.

That said, for some reason I found myself on Pistonheads today and it looks like I'll be trading up my Legacy for an RS6 Quattro Avant Plus next week! Well, it has a tow bar already so it makes sense, as I told my wife.....

So perhaps I'll be bringing an RS6 to Bruntingthorpe next year and making 5 x 5 = £25 per run!

I'm the lucky new owner of Rhodri's car, and after owning it a mere 2 days I must say its an absolutely brilliant car, I'm still in shock at how quick it actually is! It is mind blowing!

I suspect I will have this grin painted on my face for a long time to come!

Thanks to Rhodri for making the whole purchase a real pleasure, Friday definitely rates highly on the 'best day of my life' list! I felt like a child on Christmas morning!
