Oh ya, and ricers (well those in USA anyway) think that racing at speeds of 100mph on small, crowded roads where there are schools and traffic is cool, and also racing without a seatbelt is cool. All this whilst endangering the lives of law abiding citizens. At least if they race on the street, they could do it when it is safe to do so.
Show cars are show not go, some people don't want to be fast they just want to look nice, but RICE is somone with a huge and pointless F1 sized wing on a stock Honda Civic. Rice = slow cars trying to look fast. Trying something they won't win unless they spend lots of cash, and they need the performance to justify their looks (but event then, the spoilers aren't to help performance).
