Very nice. Is that at the top of the Hakone Turnpike?

Would love to but I am running out of time I will go back on the 1st july!!..

Took all your advice and the car is at Nismo this weekend getting S-tune suspension sfitted - after that any weekend is good was out today and conditions were great!!... Although a little dodgy along the single lane roads

PS yep this pic was in-between the Hakone turn-pike and Hakone Skyline road

These skyline roads must be the reason for the name skyline??

They sure are! Great roads around there. Glad to hear you went for the S-tunes....are you also doing the stabilizers at the same time? Circuit links?

Would be great to organize something before it gets too hot. But weekends are going to be attracting too many tourists as it warms up...
But let me know a few weeks in advance as I'm up for it

Hakone / Gotemba Meet

Anyone free in Goldern week? 8 or 9th of May or during the week?

Will post in the meeting area if we can get a couple - see if we can get the full Japanese resident crowd out?

I have a couple of mates at work who are interested too..

Rich

I don't think I can make that particular weekend either - but I'll get back to you on that. Perhaps another weekend in May? A couple of guys from SAU have expressed an interest in coming over to Yamanashi (from Osaka) and they're likely to make the trip sometime later in May/early June. Obviously we need to set something up pretty soon before you go back in July!

hyrev....if you are Mines6_plus then I'm glad you found this forum!

So has anyone given much thought to this? I'll be in Hakone on the 14th. I'll be looking for some nice roads...besides the Turnpike and Skyline

Can't make the 14th - will be back at work by then, sorry.

Any other weekend in May shouldn't be a problem. At the moment I'm trying to figure out how I can get my GT-V to keep up with you lot in your GTR's!

After May 25

I will be gone for 2 weeks, 9-25 may. My friend with the Silver GTR 33 wont be back till June, in the states for training. We should get together to at least meet. Perhaps we can have have a BBQ at my place. Let me know.

I am not mines-6 or whatever. I am new to the forum.
