A few pics of the 34 that i think i'm gonna have to keep for myself. She came over pretty much like this from Japan, but have a load of goodies on order with Top Secret.
I like black pearl, but she was a nightmare to photograph ..any tips Dino ? Thanks has to go to the previous owner (who i didn't manage to track down) who must have spent a fair bit with Chiba-pref finest setting up for fast road & track use. Not as tuned as Gio's and Dave's stunners but will work on that.. Currently being managed by a Competizion Rom, going to see what that's doing may replace with an F-Con. ![]()

Very Nice Ben
![]() Got your self a proper monster there...and many a hour of washing and waxing Black cars aren't that hard to photograph....keeping them clean on the other hand is a major pain in the arm ![]() As Bassman said try using a polarizing filter. I also found that taking pictures in the shade, or on overcast days produced better results that bright sunlight...

What a beast of a car!!
I think what was causing the problem in the pix was the overcast day rather than the color of the car. Circular polarizers are only really effective on sunny days...just try to underexpose a little bit until you get better detail. If you think black cars are hard...try white ones....on cloudy days! ![]()

Sweet motor, Ben. Looks super tough - great find.
You definitely can't go wrong with the FCon V Pro, as long as you can find someone reliable to tune it. Go AFM-less for more grunt. Cya O!

Very nice Ben, looks an absolute beast...
Is this the same R34 I saw in the yard at Motormall a couple of weeks ago, awaiting preparation? DJ
