Goodyear Eagle F1's 245/40/18 (to match my fronts for size)

a remarkable £119 each, which is silly cheap IMHO

Trying to decide whether to go for Goodyear F1 GSD3 or Falken FK451..
Traditionally Goodyear is more like hard compound tyres according to my experience from the previous Eagle F1 . Don't really fancy hard compounds now, but just wonder if the new F1 GSD3 has made any changes or not by comparing with the previous?

How about Falken? Never really used them before, but seems very good price.
