Anyone going? Anyone have more info?
All I know it costs 10,000 yen for all day
drag racing. It is around Narita Airport. If
some can get a link or specifics, please post.

yah i know that, its the greddy 0-400m time attack in ryugasaki. dont know anything about it really except gt-r's have their own class.

looking from the previous event info that seems to be an impressive line up of cars that attended in march. Three 9second GT-Rs and a load of cars in the 10s

yeah, from the look of it we wont be able to stand a chance hehehe. but theres another class that runs 11's which is class E fastest is low 11's. i dont know if i should invest 10,000 yen for some runs, they might just laugh at me hehehe.

Some impressive cars there but it must be worth going just for fun... im sure there are more normal cars running too

Im trying to figure out what class my car would be in, its FWD but turbo'd. I know when it was in japan the old owner took it out drag racing quite a bit but don't know where.

that would be great, im in, payday is on friday anyways. ill bet dave will come too but he wont be running his car for sure. mark will come with his car more than likely and then i guess chuck would go too. do we have to call in advance to reserve places? or just show up and sign up?? anybody know where this is exactly? thisll be on this saturday already, count me in...

Not sure if I can make it. Just got a call my new bike is going to be ready on Sat. Might have to go and pick it up. Not sure yet but I'll try to make it as I've never seen a proper drag event. Will they have some demo cars there doing some runs?

Would be great if Gio could bring his car, but I wouldn't count on it being all dominating even though it is an asbolute monster

I though Gio was still running a standard box? Anyways - have a look at their site - Class J results were mainly in the 9's with some serious looking drag 32's aswell...

Dave, no mate just your boring engine-less type bike.

It's been on order for ages as I wanted a frame slightly bigger than your average J-size

I reckon Gio could get into the 9s...could grab 3d position easily from that list...mind you I think his box would need some TLC after a run like that! Gio...where are you?

Dino - link didn't seem to work, but not to worry I've got a better idea of where it is. Not 100% sure if I'm going (battling a nasty case of pnuemonia at the mo

) but I'm hoping I can make it. Probably just to watch though.

Yeah, would be great to see Gio run - with a stronger box he shouldn't have any problems getting a top 3 position - just don't think the standard box is up to many drag starts before it goes pop....not at full boost anyways!

I just finished my 1st video for the Ryugasaki 0-400 meter Battle. It is big as hell, but it will be up soon. Stay tuned. As soon as Yukio can get over here to pick up the cd!
