Talk your way out of bother ...

Driving.
Got road raged. Proper, thought I was going to get a slap. Guy came out of his car, rolled down my window and had the following conversation

Him: What the f**k do you think you're doing!
ME: I've had a really bad day today, it wasn't your fault but you are making it worse.
Him: What are you talking about ... prat!
ME: I've really had a bad day. Its not your fault but you're not helping.
Him: I've had a bad day too but I ...
ME: [interrupting him] so we've both had a bad day. Can you see this conversation going anywhere? Its raining so why not get back in your car and call me rude names with your windows up and doors locked and I'll do the same?
Him: You gotta pay more attention. I'll let it go this time ...
ME: Cheers mate. I appreciate it ... phew!!!

The ultimate crime, got in front of him when filtering from four lanes into two at the target roundabout.
It was 17:45 and full of traffic, he wouldn't let me in but Saabs are quite thin and can breathe in to get thinner.
In all honesty, I was in front of him, he didn't want to let me in but was too late on the accelerator to get through, then he gave it "I got a horn for Christmas". I didn't toot back [the ultimate crime] so he came out to put me in my place.
Probably thought it was Mr Magoo driving the saw a young[ish] whippersnapper

Not sure I would have been able to control myself then. But it's stupidity like that that has got me into trouble before.

Wel,i just litreally had a bloke in a white van tailgate me for about half a mile, considering i've only been driving for the last month or so since i passed my test, don't really have driving skill.

The guy must have come out of somewhere,as wasn't there one minute, there the next.Ended up giving me the finger,as i was driving slow, this on purpose as sis in car with me and she saying don't go fast.

Cem, my young padawan, I am old now and you still possess the recklessness and gay abandon of youth.

TBH got into too much trouble when I was younger and more foolish and always ended up on the wrong side of the powers that be. If I can walk away I always try to now.

BTW you missed my birthday and there is only one way you can make up for it

What kind of "thing" are you after.
The word gay,and then saying that i can make up for it someway,i think i'll pass the offer.

Nice 1 with the padawan .

lol Gay is a happy word. Don't let it get distorted. Comment was directed at Cem but you snuck in there when I wasn't looking

Well done for respecting wheels that weren't yours.

Hah - I'm listening to mellow tunes right now and can only smile at your point of view.
