The ONLY difference between an N1 and a normal oil pump is the N1 has a stronger spring behind the oil pressure relief valve plunger to up the running oil pressure a bit.

Whether it's N1 or not, it looks like it's been around the block a few times.... I only got ~£120 for a brand new N1 pump a while back.

The N1 oil pump has a extra screw in the back plate. The internal oil ways are also different to prevent Cavitation. Yes thanks Peter that oil pump got me out of a bit of a fix at the time.

If that's the case, then that pump is standard, with only 7 screws.

Regards
