Good stuff Bob.

And yes, would be good to get some of the cars together. Managed to clean mine earlier today. So next time I am bored, I will pull the car out and finish the car off with sealant and other bits and bobs..

Very nice looking rocker cover, bit of a shame that royal mail have damaged it. It can happy with any courier though none of them are careful with their consignments.

I personally would have bubble wrapped & boxed the item.

BUT

I get the parcel like this, Wrapped up like we're having a game of pass the parcel.

Bob, it's probably a good thing the back bit has broken off- it makes it easier to remove it in the future because you don't have to arse about threading the loom through it...

Spoke to a few people they said its not really worth repairing, Not many owners run them as the coilpacks generate alot of heat.

I am really surprised how AMT are coming across in this thread noting all the deleted replies and that packaging.

Good luck with the car, looks like it is really starting to come together now you have someone competant involved.

Fingers crossed for you the engine is as good as the hype and that doesn't turn into a blame/finger pointing exercise.

Unfortunate about the cover. It does look good otherwise. Note to self, to keep standard engine!

LOL Kadir if all goes well, I'll take you for a drive then we'll see if you still want to keep the 34 standard.

Bob that was not how it was delivered that was the first layer of bubble wrap.. It had three.. And taped round, even the post office said it was more than enough...
I've insured the parcel for £500 and offered to replace it via Royal Mail insurance.. Which has been payed for... You said don't worry about it! I can't do any more can I Bob? As for it breaking I'm sorry about that but it's out of my hands!
