Thanks Anders.

Well got back from our jollies and picked it up this afternoon. All I can say is holy cow. I love the bonnet and the updated bumper. It's exactly what I wanted and Paul and the lads at Riverside Racing have done an awesome job as alway. Thanks Paul, your work is impeccable as ever.

Photos really don't do it justice. The front is very passive aggressive now!

Great transformation, tempted to refresh my front end and get bonnet and front bumper re sprayed. Full of track day chips!

It's a knight racer one but to be honest it fits like a bag of shite.

Replacing it is next on my list.

Oh, so gay time running lights are acceptable now then?
Thanks for the thread on how to upgrade the nose!

Seriously, she looks absolutely stunning now mate!

You nabbed the seats and the wheels out from under my mouse button too

Tee hee yep it's look at me lights time!

Actually I really wanted the sharper angled nose more than the lights but I quite like them now. Deffo noticed cars getting out the way faster too....

Gonna get some better angled shots later as the bonnet is stunning and my photo skills just don't catch it

All very simple actually...

1. Try and order parts from Nissan dealer.
2. Get nowhere with the part number you supply to them
3. Nick a number plate off autotrader
4. Go back to Nissan dealer and do their job for them as they seem incapable of organising shite
5. Wait an eternity for parts to arrive
6. Keep nagging dealer as to location/eta of said parts
7. Parts finally arrive
8. Get parts fitted by excellent team at Riverside Racing as it's far to faffy for me
9. Stand back and admire the result.

Interested to know what the final bill was for the whole front end package?

I've had my MY2010 since new and it could do with a front end spray so why not change some parts at the same time...

Also do the new MY 2012 onwards seats retain all the electric functions of the older seats?

Not had the final bill for the paint and install but the parts from Nissan were in the region of 3.5k. Negotiated a decent price on the bonnet at 2.2k delivered from Germany.

It's the cheaper CF version (not Kevlar) and yes is painted in most areas as I'm not a fan of that CF look. The fit of it is much better than every other CF bonnet I've seen but still can't match the OEM original.

A few more shots I got today hopefully showing the edginess to the bonnet, the superb paint job and the bits of CF left unpainted

Perfect straight swap. Just remove the old seats, in with the new and everything works perfectly just like before. All heating and movement works perfectly and all attachment points and connectors are the same. Fab upgrade. I actually sit more inside these seats rather than on top of the pre recaro ones that were in my 09. I never like the red on the old seats but these seam less red and more subtle.

Wow, looks fantastic.

Probably my favourite looking GTR as the look change is subtle enough to be oem yet completely unique.

I love the mix of shitanium with dba front end. The bonnet takes it that tiny step further towards specialness.

Nicely done.

The black edition seats have better function than the Recaro though. You cannot move the seats backwards and forwards from the drivers side on the Recaro seats.
Loving the front end of your car Titanium is so very the best colour for a GTR.

Yes an odd omission but not really missed in the grand scheme of things for me.

Thanks for the kind words, I do really love the Titanium colour especially the way the shade subtly changes with the type of sunlight around.

Cheers Phil great to see you patrolling around still!

Also just had Andy at R35 audio upgrade all the speakers, subs and amps/Bit ten One so the interior sounds are as good as the exterior looks. Well worth it.

Next up maybe some Nismo interior garnishes.....
